・Since we are closed on weekends and holidays, we will reply to your inquiry within 2 business days on weekdays.
In addition, we are available from 10:00 am to 17:00 on weekdays.

・If there is a product defect or defective product, please be sure to contact us by phone or email. If you do not contact us in advance, we may not be able to respond. Contact us here .

・If you order pre-ordered items and standard delivery items at the same time, they will be shipped when all the items are ready. (Reserved items will be shipped within 2 months after your order.)

・If you place an order by 10:00 on weekdays, we will ship the product on the same day. (We may not be able to respond.) For customers who use convenience store payment, etc., we will ship after confirming payment, so customers who have specified the date and time should pay at least 2 days before the specified date.
*Orders placed during the Obon holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other holidays will be shipped on our default business days.

・The shipping fee for each order is free nationwide for domestic shipping.
